Apple in india is replacing old iPhone 3G,3GS (8,16GB) with iPhone 4.
If you have an old iPhone or a defective one AND if u are planning to sell it off to buy a new one ,you can get the old one replaced with iPhone 4 and than sell it.
Go to any Apple Authorise Service Centre and get it replaced under exchange price replacement.

And guess what now even Indian politician uses it.
Yesterday Millions watch Modi create history on the Internet and it was powered by Apple MacBook Pro.
So what I can tell from this is Google people uses Apple Products.
